Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with RankGemini. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our one-time scans and our Pro Monthly subscription.

Pro Monthly subscription — cancel anytime

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings (Manage Billing), which opens the secure Stripe customer portal.
  • Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then reverts to the free tier.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a monthly billing period, except where required by law.

One-time scans (Basic, Pro, and per-report upgrades)

  • These are one-time purchases of digital reports that are generated and delivered immediately.
  • If a scan fails, does not complete, or does not deliver the report you paid for, we will re-run it or refund that purchase. Contact us within 7 days of the purchase.
  • Because reports are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds for completed reports simply because of the outcome of the analysis (for example, a low score). If something went wrong, tell us — we'll make it right.

How to request a refund or get help

Email support@rankgemini.com or use our contact page with your account email and the purchase in question. We aim to respond within a few business days. If we approve a refund, it is issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

Billing problems and disputes

If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it quickly. Subscriptions can always be cancelled from the billing portal to prevent further charges.
