Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rankgemini.com and the RankGemini AI visibility scanning service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

RankGemini analyzes how a website appears across AI search and answer engines and generates a report with a score, diagnostics, and (on paid tiers) an implementation "Fix Kit" and strategic roadmap.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Plans, billing, and renewals

• One-time scans (Basic, Pro, and per-report upgrades) are charged once at purchase and grant access to the corresponding report features.
• Pro Monthly is a recurring subscription billed every month through Stripe until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
• Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

• Only scan websites you own or are authorized to analyze.
• Do not attempt to bypass scan limits, rate limits, payment, or access controls.
• Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

AI-generated content and "Fix Kit"

Reports, recommendations, and Fix Kit code (including JSON-LD, meta tags, and other snippets) are generated in part by automated and AI systems and are provided for your review, as-is. They may contain errors and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code or change before deploying it to your website. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or business outcome.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankGemini will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
